Thanaphon, a director and a playwright, graduated from the faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication, Thammasat University. He has been working with Splashing Theatre since 2014. Currently, he works at Documentary Club. His works are focused on state violence against its own people in all shapes and forms such as The Disappearance of the Boy on a Sunday Afternoon, Teenage Wasteland, and Someone Died Here with Free Arts. His ultimate dream is to see a fully democratic society with freedom of expression with a government that values arts. He hopes that his works will reflect these beliefs.


ผู้กำกับและผู้เขียนบทละครเวที จบจากคณะวารสารศาสตร์ เอกภาพยนตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ทำงานโดยใช้ชื่อกลุ่ม Splashing Theatre ตั้งแต่ปี 2014 ปัจจุบันทำงานที่ Documentary Club มีความสนใจในประเด็นความรุนแรงที่ภาครัฐกระทำต่อประชาชนในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น The Disappearance of the Boy on a Sunday Afternoon (การบังคับสูญหาย), Teenage Wasteland (การกวาดล้างคอมมิวนิสต์ในยุคสงครามเย็น) และ ที่นี่มีคนตาย ร่วมกับศิลปะปลดแอก (เหตุการณ์สลายการชุมนุม) มีความฝันอันสูงสุดคือการได้เห็นสังคมเป็นประชาธิปไตย มีเสรีภาพในการแสดงออกและมีรัฐที่เห็นคุณค่าของศิลปะ โดยมีความหวังว่า งานที่ทำอยู่จะสามารถมีแรงสะท้อนส่งต่อออกไปไม่มากก็น้อย
