Laobangfai Prime Association
Anouza PHOTHISANE is the founder of the Laobangfai Prime Association in Lao PDR. Laobangfai is a HIP HOP contemporary mix Lao Traditional art dance showcase. First tour in Cambodia, France, Thailand, and Japan.
He choreographed Once in a Lifetime with 5 types of disability and young Lao dancer + Musician showcase in International Handicap days and Spotlight in Cambodia.
He was also the first Lao Choreographer who participated in the International Choreographer Program in American Dance Festival in North Carolina, United State of America. Co-choreography of Sea Games 2009 held in Lao PDR with 4800 youth for opening and closing ceremony.
Joined the genesis Program of Japan foundation, as well as the Young Innovation in Austria. Created the first Lao Music festival in Vang Vieng (called Vangvieng Music Festival) and created the 10 Element street Event called Street Jam competition. Won the second place of best development organizer 2008. Received 3 Best Medals from Lao Government. Also represented of young Lao Innovation together has created the Night Market called The Walking Street based in Vientiane Capital and Vang Vieng.

เขาออกแบบท่าทางให้งาน เขาออกแบบท่าเต้นใน once-in-a-lifetime กับผู้พิการ 5 ประเภทร่วมกับนักเต้นเยาวชนในลาว และนักดนตรีในงานวันผู้พิการสากลที่ประเทศกัมพูชา
เขาเป็นนักเต้นชาวลาวคนแรกที่ได้ร่วมในโครงการนักออกแบบท่าเต้นนานาชาติในงาน American Dance Festival ที่รัฐ North Carolina ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา นอกจากนี้ ยังเขาร่วมออกแบบท่าทางให้การแสดงพิธีเปิดและปิดของซีเกมส์ปี 2009 (South-East Asian Games) ที่จัดขึ้นที่สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยร่วมมือกับเยาวชนกว่า 4,800 คน
AJ เข้าร่วมโครงการ Genesis โดย Japan Foundation และโครงการ Young Innovation ที่ประเทศออสเตรีย ก่อตั้งงานเทศกาลดนตรีลาวที่วังเวียง (Vangvieng Music Festival) และก่อตั้ง 10 Element street event ที่เป็นการแข่งขันชื่อว่า Street Jam 8 เขาได้รับรางวัลที่สองจากงาน Best Development Organizer ในปี 2008 และได้รับ 3 เหรียญรางวัลจากรัฐบาลลาว นอกจากนี้ เขายังเป็นผู้แทนเยาวชนและร่วมมือกับ Lao Innovation สร้างตลาดกลางคืนที่ชื่อว่า The Walking Street ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่กรุงเวียงจันทน์และที่วังเวียง
"This was the very first stage that we had the chance to perform with a world-class pianist from France. The piano was improvised to go along with our artists and was presented at a national cultural hall. We collaborated with dancers and artists’ visual impairment, hearing impairment, and arm/ leg amputation; creating a once in a lifetime choreography."
